At Tabi Footwear, we want you to feel confident in every step; if your split-toe shoes aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery. All items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and include all tags to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the footwear in its original branded box and secure it inside a sturdy shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring old labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
